Angel Hair Pasta Clam Sauce by Andrew Cohen

1lb Littleneck Clams or cockles
Angel hair pasta
1 can minced clams
1 cup white wine
1/2 cup Chopped Parsley
Handful of chopped basil
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Crushed Red Pepper
5 cloves of Garlic (Crushed)
2 Tablespoons of butter
Salt and Pepper to taste
